Growing Up Catholic Retreat

Age: Preteens and Teens

Length: Choice of 1 to 2 days

Objectives:

  • To learn the tools necessary to become a respectful and responsible person
  • To engage participants in connecting moral character and their Catholic faith

Offers teens the opportunity to reflect on how faith impacts character development. This retreat is geared for Catholic School youth and concentrates on the decision making levels mentioned in the other R's retreat. As Catholic Christians, moral decision making is guided by our faith experience, and, therefore, is stressed in the activities on this retreat. Examples from Scripture and Tradition are used to offer a faith context for this character retreat.
